Refund Policy

At Mr.SHOT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was physically damaged upon delivery

  • The product has missing parts or accessories

  • The product is defective or not working properly

  • The product received is different from its description on the product detail page

To be eligible, the return request must be made within the applicable return window, typically 7 days from the date of delivery.


Replacement Process

If the product is found to be defective within the return window:

  • A replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost

  • If no defect is found or the issue cannot be verified, you will be referred to the appropriate authorized service center


Terms & Conditions for Returns and Replacements

A return or replacement will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession

  2. The product was not damaged during return transit

  3. The product is returned in its original condition, including:

    • Original brand/manufacturer packaging

    • MRP tag (intact and not tampered with)

    • User manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories


Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Buyer's remorse, including change of mind, wrong model/color/variant ordered

  • Requests made after the return window has closed

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product

  • The refund timeline may vary based on your payment method, generally taking 7 to 8 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
