Thank you for choosing Mr. SHOT. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our product, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms stated below.

General Terms

This unit has been tested before leaving the factory and is certified to be in proper working condition, free from manufacturing defects as of the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only for the original Mr. SHOT appliance on which the serial number and model are visible, and is applicable for domestic use within India.

Warranty Registration

For online purchases:
Please fill out the warranty card and submit it along with a copy of the invoice via post or email within 14 days from the date of purchase.
For direct/in-store purchases:
Submit the completed warranty card to the seller/dealer directly.

⚠️ Note: The warranty card is non-transferable and non-replaceable in case of loss.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects arising from proper installation and usage, as specified in the User Manual
Repair or replacement of defective parts during the warranty period
Replaced parts become the property of Mr. SHOT or its authorized service partners

Required for Warranty Claim

You must provide:

The original warranty card, duly filled
The purchase invoice/bill issued by the seller or dealer

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be considered void in the following circumstances:

Improper installation not as recommended in the User Manual
Damages during transportation or handling
Use of incorrect power supply (voltage) or lack of lightning protection
Damage due to accidents, fire, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, landslides), pollution, pests, pets, or any act of God
Usage of the product for commercial or communal purposes (warranty covers domestic use only)
Alteration, modification, or repair by unauthorized persons
Exposure to corrosive or flammable substances
If the serial number or seal is unreadable, altered, tampered with, or removed
No warranty will be provided for accessories, complimentary gifts, or promotional items packaged with the product

Limitations of Liability

Mr. SHOT, its dealers, and sellers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or other damages arising from misuse, abuse, or use beyond the specifications in the User Manual.
We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use not in accordance with the product's intended purpose.

Service & Support

Warranty covers labour and replacement of parts only.
All transportation or shipping costs related to service or repair shall be borne by the customer.
In case of service delays due to unavailability of parts, we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
